Website Terms

Effective date: 21 August 2026.

1. About these terms

These terms govern use of revudit.com. The site is operated by Revudit Limited, a company registered in Ireland under company number 785850, with its registered office at Workhub, 6 Fern Road, Sandyford, Dublin 18, Dublin, D18 FP98, Ireland.

By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. Editorial information, not advice

Revudit Limited publishes reviews, comparisons, pricing calculations and testing notes for general information. Content is not legal, financial, tax, investment, procurement, employment, security or professional advice. Software features, prices, promotions, availability and terms can change. Check critical details with the provider and assess the product for your own requirements before buying or contracting.

We aim to identify what we tested, what we did not test, the date and limits of evidence, and any material assumptions. A score, comparison or editorial conclusion is an opinion based on the stated method and evidence, not a warranty or guarantee of performance.

3. External links and commercial relationships

The site may link to third-party services. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, prices, contracts or privacy practices.

Where a link may generate a commission or other benefit, it will be clearly identified and handled under the Affiliate Disclosure and Editorial Independence policy. A commercial relationship does not buy a rating or editorial conclusion.

4. Acceptable use

You may use the site lawfully for personal or internal business research. You must not interfere with the service or security, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, misrepresent Revudit Limited content, remove attribution, or use automated collection in a way that creates an unreasonable load or infringes rights. Ordinary search indexing after an authorised public launch is not prohibited by this clause.

5. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, site content, design and original materials are owned by or licensed to the operator. You may quote limited extracts with clear attribution and a link to the source, subject to applicable law. No other licence is granted. Product names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners; their appearance does not imply endorsement.

6. Corrections

Send a proposed factual correction to corrections@revudit.com with the page URL and supporting evidence. See Contact & Corrections for the process.

7. Availability and liability

The site is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not promise that it will always be available, error-free, complete or current. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law. Subject to that qualification, the operator is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, data or goodwill arising from reliance on the site or third-party services.

8. Privacy

Personal data is handled under the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. General enquiries may be sent to hello@revudit.com; privacy enquiries to privacy@revudit.com.

9. Changes and severability

We may update the site and these terms. Changes to these terms take effect from the effective date shown above. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

10. Governing law and courts

These terms and any dispute or claim arising from them are governed by Irish law. The courts of Ireland have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you use the site as a consumer, nothing in this section limits any mandatory rights or jurisdiction protections available under applicable law.
