Field service software, tested with a seven-user HVAC benchmark

Revudit Limited tested field-service workflows for a fictional North American HVAC company with one owner, one dispatcher, and five technicians. This hub organizes the evidence without star ratings, aggregate scores, or an unsupported “best software” claim.

Start with the comparison

The Jobber versus Housecall Pro comparison pairs the same controlled workflows. It shows which product had the stronger observed result for costing, invoicing, recurring work, scheduling conflicts, and AI without forcing an overall winner.

Date-sensitive: Pricing and promotions can change. Vendor-stated prices and Revudit Limited calculations are labeled separately on the pricing pages.

How to read the results

Evidence labels are Observed, Calculated, Vendor-stated, Blocked, Not tested, and Date-sensitive. Workflow results are Pass, Partial, Fail, Blocked, and Not tested. A workflow result is not an overall product score.

Evidence limits

The trial accounts used fictional data and did not send real customer communications, invite technicians, or process payments. Restricted field-worker access remains a purchasing-validation gap for both Jobber and Housecall Pro.
